PERMIT TYPES

	Building Permits (click here for project types)

	Residential Electrical Permit - This permit is used when only electrical work is being done. The permit can usually be issued while you wait. The fee is $50.00 Commercial Electrical Permit - can be the same as above or plan review may be involved depending on scope of work - call to discuss with the plan reviewer.

	Mechanical Permit - This permit is used when only mechanical work is being done. The permit can usually be issued while you wait. The fee is $50.00

	Plumbing Permit - This permit is used when only plumbing work is being done. The permit can usually be issued while you wait. The fee is $50.00

	Residential Roofing Permit - This permit is used when only roofing work is being done. The permit can usually be issued while you wait. Use the fee table to calculate the fee from the valuation. There is no plan review fee. Commercial Roofing Permit Requirements The fee will be determined at submittal

	Demolition - After this application is completed and submitted a pre-demo inspection is required. A post-inspection is required after the demo is complete. There is no permit fee.

	Permits for replacement Windows, Siding or Stucco projects - Complete a residential permit application (found on the "Forms" page and submit with two copies of the suggested manufacturers' installation requirements.
